Black expression and cultural movements can be summed in one word, Art. It is a valued asset that ignites conversations and carries untold stories for generations. Art should be shared, discussed, and appreciated, and for these reasons we've partnered with the Hamptons Fine Art Fair to host an exclusive experience for creatives of color.

On Sunday, July 17, we invited a select group of social media influencers, content creators, and art lovers to explore the Southamptons fairgrounds for an ultimate Sunday Funday. Our VIP guests gathered under sculptural figures and the vibrant sun as they mixed and mingled before breaking off to be engulfed in new discoveries and treasures that awaited inside the 40,000 sq. ft. Pavilion, which featured over 100 galleries.

Attendees were encouraged to leave their own imprint by contributing their art to the community mural while enjoying signature tastings by the Makers Mark whiskey brand. The influencers were gifted swag products courtesy of Kiss Colors & Care. They also got a first-hand look at the new luxe Hyundai Genesis.

"I really wanted to do this type of event because I wanted Black and brown people to start getting engulfed in art. We need to learn more about this space. There is so much generational wealth and opportunity in this industry and Black and brown people need to educate themselves," Editor-in-Chief Eric K. Thomas shares.

Here's a glimpse into what you've missed, and stay tuned for our upcoming happenings.
