Interests/Hobbies: I love fitness.  I love the payoff for the work put in.  My fitness journey has evolved and my current passion is running.  I run 160+ miles a month and lift weights 4/5 days a week.  I see how it’s changed me and how the discipline has impacted other areas of my life.

Story or experience that defined his journey as a Black man: It’s hard to look back and say one particular story defines my journey, especially when I’m still on the journey.  All things come together and I don’t believe I’ve reached the tipping point to where I understand it all.  I think that is the beauty and difficulty.  My experience is defined by holding on to hope for things not yet realized.

Dear Black Man… You will reap the rewards if you do not give up.

How can Black men win in America? By coming together.  Sharing resources.  Realizing it’s not a competition but each person using their gifts to push the whole forward.  It’s enough for everybody to win.

What makes you proud to be a Black Man? You can’t tear us down.  Hit us a million times and we find a way to take another step.

Favorite Quote: "Do not get weary in doing good for you shall reap the reward if you do not give up."

Since you said it was a game about good food, it could involve knowing how to recognize, cook, or serve different types of food. It could be a cooking sim, a restaurant management game quordle, or a puzzle or matching game with food as the theme. But until you give me more information, I can only guess what kind of game it is.

The quordle game offers hours of fruity fun for puzzle enthusiasts as well as casual gamers searching for some light entertainment.

Regular exercise is really important to stay fit, Running over 160 miles a month is really appreciated, I can only walk about 15 miles a month, maybe I should increase it for a healthier life, I'm usually only at home in the evenings, I like watching TV and playing games like everyone else, I usually play games like basketball legends, playing these kind of games amuses me a little, I think everyone needs to have fun.
