Kai Cenat Breaks Twitch Subscriber Record with Mafiathon 2, Hits 727K Subs
Kai Cenat has shattered records once again with his Mafiathon 2, a month-long streaming event that secured the record for the most Twitch subscribers in a single stream.
During the marathon, Cenat amassed 727,694 subscribers—doubling the previous record of 326,252 set by IronMouse in 2023.
Among those who joined Cenat during the stream were music legends such as Snoop Dogg, who participated in several calls, discussed his upcoming album, and even gave Cenat a tour of his Los Angeles home, which includes a basketball court, arcade room, and a private casino.
Other big names who appeared included Lil Uzi Vert, Chris Brown, SZA, Lizzo, and Serena Williams. Celebrities like Miranda Cosgrove, Kodak Black, and Bill Nye the Science Guy also made memorable appearances.
"I met everybody around me in their own paths," Cenat said during the final moments of the stream. "And coming where I came from... the fact that God could put me in a position to change lives in a matter of a small amount of time is all I want to do."
His journey to success wasn’t easy, and Cenat was candid about the personal sacrifices he's made along the way. "I can't do the things that I really want to do. I can't go out to the clubs, I can't do that. But it's all part of this whole thing, and I understand that fully," he shared. "You have to make sacrifices, you gotta put yourself in a position to literally achieve and be great, and what's gonna make you great, you have to discipline, put time into it, think different, be different, live different, keep God first."
In the video, Cenat took a moment to reflect on the people who have supported him throughout his journey. "I believe in everybody in this room," he said, acknowledging his inner circle, including his family, friends, and the AMP team.
Beyond the numbers, Cenat has pledged to donate 20% of the earnings from this record-breaking effort to a cause close to his heart: building a school in Nigeria.
Kai Cenat's Mafiathon 2 was not just about breaking records—it was an immersive celebration of entertainment, culture, and, most importantly, giving back. Cenat's ability to bring together celebrities from all walks of life while contributing to a noble cause proves that the power of streaming goes beyond just numbers.
