“This song tells a story of letting go and letting love.” Martin goes on to say, “I wrote this song after playing around with a few different melodies and ideas. Eventually, one stuck to mesh with the clever 6/8 time signature the instrumentation gives. The lyrics just flowed and I think this song will be very relatable. We all go thru love, falling in and out; but sometimes we have to stop being petty and get back to the ones we really love. The message of this record I think anyone can relate to. It’s simple, just get back to love.“
