Meagan Good and Michael Ealy Thrill in the Intruder

Recently, I had the opportunity to attend the Atlanta screening of the new summer thriller The Intruder. This movie stars Michael Ealy, Meagan Good, and Dennis Quaid and allows us to see these actors in ways we have never seen them. Ealy and Good are a successful couple who embark on the journey of purchasing their dream home, which is being sold by a widower played by Quaid. After the sale is complete, they notice that the former owner cannot let go of the home that has been in his family for generations. With many unexpected twists and turns, the characters in this movie take you on a roller coaster of emotions as you experience anxiety, hate, anger, relief and even bits of comedy.

Meagan Good and Michael Ealy made their way to Atlanta, along with director Deon Taylor to share in the advanced screening. Ealy, Good, and Taylor walked the red carpet at an exclusive screening at Regal Atlantic Station hosted by TV One’s Sister Circle cast members, Rashan Ali and Trina Braxton. The packed screening included the following special guests: Chilli of TLC, TC Carson, Mike Merrill, Tamika Scott of Xscape, Summerella, Lil Duval, David Banner, Vanessa Bell-Calloway, Anthony Dalton, Rita Kay Davis, Reece Odum, Dawn Halfkenny and Anthony Dalton.

Many of the attendees said that this was one of the most exciting movies they had seen in a while.
