Terrence J and Bernie Sanders Talk Young People in Politics

We recently reported that Captain Morgan started a petition for Article II, Section I of the United States Constitution to be changed, which states that “neither shall any person be eligible to [the office of President] who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years.” The Captain Morgan brand united everyone to bring a new voice to the election, in an attempt to pave a way for Under 35s to be President of the United States.

Captain Morgan and Jash produced a short film around the #UNDER35POTUS movement, which explores Article II, Section I of the United States Constitution. Comedian Akilah Hughes sat down with a roster of influential figures including Senator Bernie Sanders, Terrence J and 28-Year Old politician Justin Fareed to get their thoughts on the current political climate and whether someone under 35 should be able to be President.

Check out the short film Should A Millennial Be President below and let us know your thoughts!
